We are committed to ensuring the product we deliver is of a high standard. It is important to us that we act quickly to resolve any problems that may arise. Customers should contact us immediately regarding any problems or concerns they have. We aim to give you complete service and satisfaction within the shortest time frame possible.

• Prices displayed on the Caffé Italiano website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST

• Prices displayed on the Caffé Italiano website are subject to change without notice

• Prices for items in an order are fixed once your order has been confirmed and accepted

2. Privacy Policy

Any information collected about you through this website is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, improving your shopping experience and to communicate with you regarding products, services and special promotions. Personal information will only be collected to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. We will store any information that you provide securely.

We respect your privacy.

All credit card data is handled by a third party payment gateway provider: Fetch.

The information you provide is seen and used only by us, and only for the purposes of personally contacting you. We won’t sell or rent out your address, and we won’t email/phone you with an endless stream of annoying stuff. We may just send you the occasional note to let you know of new products, special promotions, and so forth.

If at any point in time you wish to be removed from our database, please email/call us and we will immediately act on your request.

Caffé Italiano will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from the transmission of your or any information which is out of our control.

3. Delivery Policy

Caffé Italiano will dispatch orders within 24 hours from receipt of payment and expect the courier to deliver within a further 48 hours. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the time of payment, please let us know by emailing order@italiano.co.nz. In the event that part or all of your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and ask if you would like an alternative product, backorder the out-of-stock product, or give you a refund.

4. Returns Policy

Caffé Italiano will only accept returns for the following:

• Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery

• Goods supplied incorrectly

• Goods that vary from their description

5. Cancellation Policy

Choose carefully. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to issue a refund if you change your mind.

6. Refunds

Whenever possible, Caffé Italiano will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If applicable, postage/courier costs will be reimbursed on receival of goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returns should be sent in their original packaging.

PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE INVOICE OR PACKING SLIP THAT ACCOMPANIED THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

8. Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your details change, you’re entitled to change or correct your personal information that we hold. If required, all you need to do is go to your Customer Account and update your details.
